- If you agree to allow photographing or video-taping of yourself or your child during a Revved Up Kids class, we will protect your privacy by never revealing your last name or your child's last name in any of our marketing materials (occasionally, a video tape may include an instructor calling out a child's first name).
*In the case of a court order or other legal proceeding, Revved Up Kids will comply with all legal requests for release of records.

However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
