Founders and Board Alli Neal

About Alli

A tireless volunteer and advocate for children since 1998, Alli is committed to the Revved Up Kids mission of empowering kids and teens and keeping them safe. Alli is a child safety expert with extensive experience and knowledge about the people who commit violent acts against our most innocent citizens. She has appeared on several news and radio broadcasts and spoken to numerous groups about child sexual abuse and violence, educating parents and others about the issue and mobilizing them to protect our children.

Alli is a lead trainer for Revved Up Kids, and one of two certified Just Yell Fire trainers in Georgia. Alli has served a number of child-focused organizations and groups including the Gwinnett Coalition Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Committee, the Johns Creek Health & Wellness Task Force, the Greater North Fulton Chamber Education Connection, and three PTAs.

About David

David is a Revved Up Kids training expert and certified Stewards of Children facilitator. His extensive experience includes expertise in firearms and firearm safety, child safety education and advocacy and public speaking. David has volunteered with children for over 15 years, as a youth leader, Sunday School teacher, youth baseball, soccer and basketball coach and mentor. He is passionate about creating safe environments for children and he serves as a role model for all men who want to join the fight against child sexual abuse and violence.

David serves on the Fulton Continuum of Care Board of Directors, the Johns Creek Business Association Board of Directors, and is a member of the Johns Creek Citizens Auxiliary Police Services (CAPS).

Founders and Board Lissa Versteegh

Secretary – Lissa Versteegh

Prior to acquiring her Sandler Training franchise, Georgia Sales Development, Inc., Lissa had 19 years of sales and management experience in corporate America. Her experience ranges from direct sales at a local then national level, to sales management of a $40 million Region for a national managed care company. Today Lissa works with Presidents, CEOs and Business Owners helping them acquire and retain sales teams with consistently superior performance. This is done through a combination of evaluation tools, trained sales and management methodology based on a reinforcement model, and accountability based coaching. Her Psychology degree from the University of Georgia coupled with her leadership experience makes her uniquely qualified to help companies increase sales and management effectiveness using the Sandler System.Lissa currently is involved in several networking and philanthropic groups in the Atlanta area and serves on the Board for Revved Up Kids. She and husband Ron are blessed with a beautiful 13 year old son, Garrett, which is a big reason for her passion for RUK! E-mail Lissa
Founders and Board Yetty Ayoola

Treasurer – Yetty Ayoola

Yetty is passionate about the issues of child welfare and safety. She believes that with proper positive influence, children can be whoever they want to be. In addition to her interest in helping children and creating awareness through Revved Up Kids, Yetty serves on the board of Kings Community Empowerment Group as the treasurer. She is an active member of her church where she mentors and teaches Sunday School.Yetty has over 25 years of experience in the Corporate world with expertise in accounting, assurance and business consulting services. In 2014, Yetty fulfilled a life-long dream by starting her own consulting practice, Crest . She uses her extensive accounting experience to add value for small and medium sized business owners who want to maintain and exceed their financial goals. Yetty is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a Certified Risk Manager (CRMA). She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Yetty currently lives in Cherokee County.

Founders and Board Nike Aremu

Director – Nike Aremu

Nike Aremu owns and operates HisGrip Home Care, a home care agency located in Alpharetta GA. Nike, a survivor of sexual abuse, has a personal mission of reaching out and empowering survivors on a regular basis. She talks about her experiences and journey to freedom candidly in her published books – ‘Don’t waste your pain’ and ‘Good morning Lord. It is me, your favorite daughter’. She maintains a regular blog with the same message – ‘Reflections of a Favorite Daughter’.Nike is very active in the community. In addition to serving on the Revved Up Kids Board of Directors, she serves on the Leadership Committee of Johns Creek Business Women’s Network, as Treasurer of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council and as a member of the Gwinnett Senior Provider Network Board. Nike and her husband, Kola are proud parents of two adult children, Tobi and Tolu and they are long time residents of Johns Creek, GA. E-mail Nike
Founders and Board Kay Campbell

Director – Kay Campbell

Kay grew up in the Atlanta area. She has always had a passion for wanting to work with children. This desire lead her into a nursing career which started after she graduated from Vanderbilt University. Her husband’s job took them to the Boston area where she began her work. During her years in the Northeast, she became very active in her local community. Inspired by a local public health organization, Kay quickly developed a passion for helping children through charitable work. Prevention and teaching became her motto and lead her to complete a Masters program at Boston College. While completing her program, she was part of a research team studying child abuse. This project was very impactful. Kay and her family have since moved back to the Atlanta area. 24 years later, her position as a pediatric nurse practitioner still offers her daily opportunities to educate and empower kids. Founders and Board Eric Richardson

Director – Eric Richardson

Judge Eric A. Richardson was appointed to the Fulton County State Court bench by Governor Nathan Deal in 2013, and re-elected without opposition to a full four-year term in 2014.Judge Richardson has legal experience in both the private and public sector, having previously served as a litigation partner at Troutman Sanders LLP and as a Deputy City Attorney for the city of Atlanta. Judge Richardson earned his Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Rochester. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 1994. Judge Richardson began his legal career as a litigator at Latham & Watkins in New York City in 1994. In 1998, he relocated to Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, where he spent 11 years, including 7 as a litigation partner. In 2009, he moved to the public sector, joining the city of Atlanta as a Senior Assistant City Attorney. He was promoted in 2011 to Deputy City Attorney for Atlanta, where he managed all litigation for the City. Judge Richardson also serves as an officer of the Gate City Bar Association Judicial Section and a board member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.Judge Richardson lives in Fulton County with his wife of 25 years, Karen, and his three children, all of whom have attended public school in Fulton County. Founders and Board Elisabeth Wang

Director – Elisabeth Wang

Elisabeth leads communications for Piedmont Healthcare, a six-hospital system based in Atlanta. She’s reinvented herself a couple of times, starting her career in the secondary classroom teaching English and also serving several years in communications and sales for a residential remodeling company. Elisabeth has a M.A. in English and M.Ed. in English Education from Auburn University (War Eagle!). She’s passionate about many areas of justice including Fair Trade and human trafficking, and became interested in serving RUK because of the focus on educating young girls about the things that could make them victims of trafficking predators. Elisabeth lives in Buford with her husband, Scott, and four-legged “daug-ter,” Annie, who enjoys all the benefits of being an only child. Elisabeth and Scott are members of 12Stone Church. On Sundays you can find them at the 9 a.m. Hamilton Mill service where Scott ushers and Elisabeth serves on the brew team. E-mail Grace
Founders and Board Grace Webster

Director – Grace Webster

Grace Webster is an Investment Advisor with MIO Partners, a subsidiary of McKinsey & Co. Consulting.  A graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Grace started her career in Washington, DC working on Capitol Hill and then as the Special Assistant to the CEO at The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy.  She is passionate about developing public-private partnerships to address the most pressing social challenges and supporting social entrepreneurs in their grassroots efforts to improve their communities.  In addition to serving on the Board of Revved Up Kids, Grace is an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta and the Social Enterprise Alliance, and volunteers with various local nonprofits including the Ronald McDonald House at Egleston.  Grace lives in Atlanta with her husband Daniel and their black Labrador retriever, Porter. E-mail Grace
